Job Duties

$20.00/hr. The Customer Service Supervisor oversees daily front-line operations at the ticket counter, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate reservations, and efficient passenger check-in for airplane tours. This role provides leadership, coaching, and direction to customer service representatives while coordinating closely with dispatch, operations, and management to ensure smooth and safe tour departures. Available to work weekends and holidays.

AZ driver license

Technical Skills

Ventrata, ACM 135, Word, Excel

Requirements and Experience

2-3 years supervisory & customer service

Other

Able to lift 25 pounds,stand, and walk, outdoor exposure
