Job Duties

• Retail & Sales (Gift Shop): o Greet guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude. o Operate the POS system to process cash, check, or credit/debit card transactions for merchandise, tickets, or food. o Maintain the appearance of the gift shop, including stocking shelves, merchandising, dusting, and organizing displays. o Identify upselling opportunities for merchandise and photo packages. • Photography (Souvenir Photos): o Capture high-quality, memorable souvenir photos of guests. o Proactively approach guests to offer photo services. o Use digital photography equipment and, if necessary, basic editing/printing software (e.g., Lightroom, Taggable). Company will train. o Process and print souvenir photo packages. • Food Service (Kitchen): o Prepare and serve food and beverages (e.g., snacks, coffee, drinks) according to health and safety standards. o Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including counters, equipment, and food displays. o Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation of inventory. o Set up and close down the kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing. • General Duties: o Handle cash and balance drawers at the beginning and end of shifts. o Answer guest questions and provide information about the venue. o Maintain safety protocols for all guests and staff. o Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivelent.

Licenses and Certifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have valid unexpired Nevada Food Handler Card.

Technical Skills

Square POS, Lightroom, and Taggable (Training will be provided.)

Responsibilities

Strong communication skills and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a preemployment drug screen showing "negative" results. The screening process includes testing for all substances deemed illegal under federal law, including marijuana/THC, regardless of state or local legalization.

Requirements and Experience

1–2 years of experience in retail or customer service.

Other

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to work in a high-volume, potentially noisy environment. Required to work in various weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. Must have valid unexpired Driver's License and reliable transportation.
