Director of International Sales

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who is self-motivated, up-beat, engaging, confident, and reliable. Position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Job Duties

Manage and build strong relationships with key international accounts. Generate, qualify, and help confirm leads. Increase business in the corporate & meetings, incentive and convention (MICE) space. Develop and maintain market awareness to ensure ability to project revenue opportunities and set proactive strategies. Work closely with director of marketing to compliment sales initiatives and enhance company positioning. Professionally represent the company at trade shows, presentations, client events, and site inspections. Must be able to travel internationally. Achieve goals and sales benchmarks as directed by the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements and Experience

Progressive Sales career path with an acknowledged track record in the hospitality field. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. Bottom-line orientation with emphasis on quality service and team-building. Robust industry experience with positive reputation and pre-existing relationships. Multi-lingual preferred.
